What would Christmas be without the Summers Annual Sweater party? We borrowed the Grinch outfit from Jers cousin, my Aunt. She did an awesome job. He won 2nd place! I made my beautiful shirt with all of things I had sitting my craft drawers. It sure turned our festive. I'm sure I could sell it to someone at Walmart for $25.
Littel Sis helping with her class Bday cupcakes.
We got to enjoy 4 singing programs. Big Sis' teacher told us later that other teachers were wondering who that amazing girl in front was. She was dancing and rockin around the tree. She loves any chance to perform on stage.
Cookies and cousins at Grandma R's.
My little baby turned 4! I really cried at this one. She is so cute! I love her voice. She NEVER stops talking. She loves to sing. She has 2 imaginary friends. Chimmy and Miss Jenna. The stories never stop about them. Chimmy has a dog named Fasterbow. She lives in California by the roller coasters. This girl is going to be the death of us. It seems to be her way or the highway. She thinks she knows everything and everyone. Thank goodness she is so cute and sweet after being a little stinker. I love her!
Our Christmas roast beast. I am sure lucky I have a husband who is good at everything. This was the best prime rib ever! We had a great Christmas. We hung out and played and went to the movies. My Big Bro had us over for more yummy dinner. It was so fun to be with cousins and even talk to the ones who live in freaking Virginia!
Out poor puppy Brutus had his ears cropped on Sissy's Bday. He had to spend the night at the hospital. He had that dang cup on his head for a month. I cried when I picked him up. He had stitches and he was bleeding. So sad.
I was bad about Christmas morning this year. But they had cute jammies.
No work means no shaving. I think he looks pretty hot this way. Little Sis hates the pokies.
Final result. He looks tough now right? Our kids LOVE this little guy. Seeing them makes me really glad I got him. They give him kisses evey night and before school. He is pretty fun.
Little Bro is 7! He had a fun friend party at the bowling alley. Let me tell you, the best $10 I ever spent was on these building cars. He spends hours playing with these. He tells me everyday thank you. This little guy is so cute and sweet. He always remembers to say thank you for things. He tells me Im pretty and he loves me. He is the most organized of all the kids. I love that! He has the greatest smile on the Earth. I love him!
Big Sis and her science fair. This was her 3rd project. We had some issues. Thanks to Dad for being such a techy nerd who helped with this one. She is glad its over. She had a great parent teacher conference. Her teacher loves her. She started crying when she told us how awesome she is. I agree. She is so smart and talented and happy. She helps me when I have migraines and feel like crap. Which is most of the time these days. She is going to be a great Mom some day.
Big Bro is doing great in school too. I bribed him to read with a new video game. He chose Sonic. He is obsessed with Sonic. He has drawn about 50 pictures of him. He bought one of those science boards to display his pictures on. It is now his collection for his Wolf project. He is excited about getting it next month.
Dad got released from young mens and put in Primary. He took over my class because of the boys in it. They really needed some male influence. I was released from both Primary and Activity Days. They gave me a break. I have been doing it for 2 1/2 years. Well the break lasted for 2 weeks. Now I am in scouts with the Wolfs. So my Wednesdays are very crazy. Dad is doing awesome at work. We are very blessed. We have so much to be thankful for.
